How to prepare for these meditation exercises
Put on some comfy sports clothes, lay a yoga mat or blanket on the floor, grab some tea, turn on the digital session … and off we go.
Those who want to learn meditation are systematically guided into a deep state of consciousness. The meditation exercises are suitable for beginners. Advanced practitioners will also get a deep self experience.
If you like, put a notebook and pen next to you to write down your insight journey.
